 One of my favorite snacks at home is not known to any other country, but very famous in the Philippines. Crunchy  chicken  recipe  : INGREDIENTS:  Chicken Skin 1/4 kg. Flour 1/4 cup 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of black pepper 1 cup of cooking oil Needed Tools in the Kitchen:  Cooking Stove ( lutuan) Frying pan ( kaha/ karajay) Wooden ladle (palayok / luwag) STEPS IN PREPARATION FOR  snacks  at home  : 1. Cut in square or rectangle shape the chicken skin. 2. Wash the chicken skin with running water to remove excess oil. 3.  Place it in a large bowl to properly sprinkle the chicken skin with one pinch of salt, and one pinch of black pepper. 4. Mix it well so the taste of black pepper and salt will be added in the main ingredient which is the chicken skin. 5. Sprinkle it with enough flour to make it crunchy and even crispy finished. 6.
